First consultation

At your first appointment, you will be examined by a medical specialist. At Foxphysio, we call this professional “Case Manager” because he or she is responsible for your entire treatment pathway, from the initial assessment of your clinical situation to your diagnosis and course of treatment. He or she will oversee every phase of your treatment, from start to finish. In addition, your case manager will monitor your progress through periodic reviews.

The rehabilitation specialist

The rehabilitation specialist

Your doctor will share your clinical picture and goals with your rehabilitation specialist, who will then become your point of reference within the clinic. He or she will oversee the rehabilitation pathway that has been prepared for you, encouraging and motivating you along the way.

Follow up appointment

After the initial cycle of sessions with your rehabilitation specialist, you will meet again with your case manager. He or she will assess your progress and make any necessary adjustments based on your condition and how your body is responding to treatment. He or she may also decide to conduct further evaluation tests or add additional sessions to your rehabilitation plan, if necessary.

Functional evaluation test

Functional evaluation test

Functional evaluation tests are physical tests that explore different areas of patient and athlete function, such as muscle strength, fitness and quality of movement.

Rehabilitation in condition

All patients, whether athletes, sportspeople or not, have access to rehabilitation on the sports field. On the sports field, various exercises are performed to help patients gradually recover the specific movements required for their daily activities or the sport they play. In the field, the focus is on the specific functioning of different body parts, providing personalized stimuli and guiding the patient towards regaining a sense of bodily normalcy.

Patient discharge

Patient discharge

The therapeutic journey continues until the patient’s discharge visit, when your case manager will review your progress. Your rehabilitation specialist will have prepared a maintenance program so that you can continue the work you’ve been doing at home. Your doctor and rehabilitation specialist will remain at your disposal even after your discharge, should you have any doubts or needs.
